Recruiting Director

Pedro has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and a passion for recruiting and helping people find the perfect job!  He’s a proactive, fully bilingual, energetic professional with a blend of creativity and passion for the recruiting process, spanning more than 8 years.  His other passion is Culinary Arts.  He has more than 15 years of high-volume upscale restaurant experience, an A.O.S. culinary and management degree from New England Culinary Institute (graduating in 2004) and an extensive knowledge of culinary process and procedures. Pedro is a self-starter with the ability to recognize, analyze, develop solutions and initiate problem-solving actions.

Pedro is also a car connoisseur, you can find him working on airplanes, cars and motorcycles in his spare time!  He loves to help those in his community including volunteering to feed the homeless.  Giving back is everything.
